HipoBuy Spreadsheet Guide: Move from a Saved Find to an Order Plan

New to the process? Start with what HipoBuy is and how to plan a first purchase before following the order stages below.

Use this HipoBuy spreadsheet guide when you have found something you like but are unsure what comes next. The important distinction is between choosing a product and arranging its delivery. A saved link helps with the first step; it does not settle the selected option, inspection questions or the parcel's final cost.

HipoBuy's homepage workflow, captured on 28 August 2026, described purchasing from a product link, receiving products at its China warehouse, inspecting arrivals and arranging transport. That sequence is useful for organising your decisions. It is not a delivery timetable, and the choices offered for your own order still need checking when you reach each stage.

The platform's dated presentation describes the shopping stages, not a completed customer order. Its inspection label does not establish a guarantee for every product property.

1. Turn the find into a specific choice

Open the individual product page rather than relying on the spreadsheet thumbnail. Compare the title and design with what you saved, then identify the exact colour, size, quantity and any version choices. A link may open the correct listing without preserving the option you previously selected.

For a practical starting point, view the white floral-lightbulb T-shirt on OG. Decide whether its style fits your need, then examine the current details before selecting an option. Use the spreadsheet links guide if a destination has changed or an old address no longer opens as expected.

Do not order several almost identical items simply because you have not resolved the differences between them. The comparison guide helps narrow the list before payment.

2. Resolve sizing and unclear options before paying

Compare the listing's measurements with a garment you own, using the same units and measurement method. Check whether a chart describes the garment or the wearer's body. If the option name and the pictured colour do not clearly correspond, ask about that exact selection.

A focused question is easier to answer than “Is this good?” For example: “Does the selected medium use the measurements shown in this chart?” identifies the choice that matters. Keep the reply with your product notes so that you do not later confuse it with an answer about another listing.

If a detail would make the item unusable for you, resolve it before purchasing. Do not treat warehouse photos as a guaranteed way to recover from every avoidable ordering mistake.

3. Read what the first payment includes

Review the amount and currency shown, any domestic delivery charge and any services you selected. Keep the receipt or order confirmation. An item payment should not be mistaken for a settled international-delivery bill unless the transaction explicitly includes that service. The payment guide explains how to distinguish these bills and handle an unclear payment result.

The HipoBuy app landing page viewed on 23 September 2026 displayed several payment-provider logos. Those logos alone do not establish which method will be available for your country, account or transaction. Use the actual checkout terms rather than assuming that a pictured provider guarantees eligibility or a particular protection.

If the payment result is unclear, check the order and payment records before trying again. Repeatedly submitting a transaction is not a reliable way to resolve a slow page. Our safety guide covers the account and destination checks that belong before payment.

4. Follow the item before following the parcel

Keep the product order and the later international parcel separate in your notes. A seller sending an item toward a warehouse is a different event from a parcel leaving for your address. Use the reference associated with the stage you are asking about. The warehouse guide covers item arrival, inspection questions and preparing that later parcel.

If one item in a group has not arrived, identify that item rather than asking about the entire group as though it were already one shipment. If an order changes, keep the changed option or quantity alongside the confirmation. This is more useful than reconstructing the situation from a collection of disconnected screenshots later.

5. Review what the inspection images actually show

When images are available for your item, compare them with the selected option and the visible details important to you. For a printed top, check placement, colour and obvious marks. If fit depends on a measurement that is not shown, ask a specific measurement question rather than estimating from the photograph.

The historical HipoBuy workflow describes inspection, but that does not establish that every material, performance or authenticity question is answered by it. Treat a visible check as a visible check. Use the QC guide to decide whether an additional view could answer your concern.

If you identify a problem, raise it promptly and ask what options apply to that item before authorising onward shipment. Check the actual return conditions instead of assuming all sellers or product types have the same rules.

6. Make a parcel decision with the current quote

Review which items you intend to ship, their packaging needs and the available delivery choices. Combining items may be convenient, but do not assume that adding more products always lowers your total cost. Compare the complete quote for the parcel you are actually creating.

Removing packaging can change protection as well as space. Keep packaging needed for fragile parts or for how you intend to use the item. A smaller package is not automatically a better choice if it exposes the contents to damage.

Read the shipping guide before accepting a quote. Keep its destination, included charges and relevant conditions with the parcel record, then use the parcel's own tracking information after dispatch.

FAQ

Can I order directly from a spreadsheet row?

A row is a starting point. Open the destination and check its product options and transaction details. Saving or clicking the row does not itself place an order.

Why should I keep an item reference and a parcel reference?

They answer different questions. The item reference identifies what you purchased; the parcel reference identifies a shipment. Several items may eventually travel together, but their earlier order events remain separate.

Should I ship immediately after seeing photos?

First resolve any visible mismatch or question that could change your decision. Then review the parcel quote and conditions. Seeing photos alone does not settle sizing, damage concerns or delivery costs.

Is the cheapest delivery choice always best?

Compare the conditions that matter for your parcel, not only the displayed amount. Packaging, service scope and your own timing needs can change which option is suitable.

Account, wallet and order entry

The registration form checked on 24 October 2026 asks for email, password and password confirmation; the invitation code is optional. Read the registration agreement and privacy statement before accepting them. Use an email you control and a unique password. Keep passwords and verification codes private.

The international-card guide directs you to log in, open Wallet → Recharge, enter the amount, choose an available card method and review payment. It does not specify a universal card list, fee or exchange rate. Check the account's actual method, amount and currency. Wallet funding is not a completed product purchase. If the bank shows a debit but the account has not updated, retain the reference, amount and time and ask support before paying again.

The published entry labels distinguish a seller-link purchase, Custom Order and Forwarding Order. For a purchase, confirm the loaded seller, variant and quantity. A custom order needs the real source listing and exact instructions, not an invented price or silent substitution. If you already paid the seller, obtain your account's receiving instructions through the forwarding workflow before dispatch; do not buy the goods a second time. These entry labels do not guarantee acceptance of every product.

Read the status on the correct record

The order-status guide, checked on 24 October 2026, distinguishes these product and parcel stages. Keep the displayed deadline and reference with the record.

LabelMeaning and next action
Pending PaymentProduct unpaid; the guide says automatic cancellation after 72 hours unpaid. Check the order deadline.
Pending OrdersProduct paid and awaiting an agent; this is not a request for another payment.
Outstanding PaymentItem or domestic freight costs exceeded the original payment; review the difference.
Ordered / Shipped(Local)Awaiting seller dispatch / travelling to the warehouse, not to your home.
Arrived / StoredAwaiting inspection / warehoused. Review the item before parcel submission.
Under ReviewReturn/refund application being processed; follow the after-sales reference.
Canceled / ReturnedCancellation refunds go to the wallet and completed-return refunds to the account; check the credit, not an assumed card refund.
Wait for Payment PaymentThis duplicated parcel label means the submitted parcel is unpaid, separate from the goods.
Waiting for Packing / Waiting for ConfirmationPacking follows parcel payment; confirmation requests extra freight when actual weight exceeds the estimate. Review the revised breakdown.
Waiting for Delivery / Shipped(International)Awaiting carrier collection / internationally dispatched; the first label does not mean doorstep delivery.

If domestic tracking shows delivery but the item is not stored, provide the domestic tracking and product-order reference. Keep international tracking questions with the parcel reference instead. At delivery compare the contents with the parcel list and keep relevant packaging and evidence if anything is missing or damaged.
